Order windows

There are two ordering windows for team clothing:

September 18 until October 12 at 11:59 PM; All orders placed during this window will be Sent to the coach by November 1.

October 13 until January 1 at 11:59 PM; All orders placed during this window will be Sent to the coach by February 1.

Sizing

All clothing items will be available to try on at the parents’ meeting.

Please try on the samples before placing your order. Size charts are not available online, so the samples provided at the parents’ meeting should be used to determine the appropriate size.

Merchandise Customization

Customization can be added during the ordering process.

When prompted, follow the instructions in the customization pop-up. For Player Name and Number, enter the name and number you want on the items

If you are still waiting for jersey information, we recommend waiting until you have a bit more clarity before placing your order.

This will help ensure that you have the correct player information and can make the appropriate selections when completing your order.

Please carefully review all customization information before submitting your order. Personalized items will be produced according to the information entered during the ordering process.

Shipping & Delivery

All player orders will be shipped directly to the coach.

After selecting an item, you will see a pop up make sure you correctly select your age group. For age groups with multiple teams please make sure you select your correct coach. This is important to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct coach and team.

The coach will bring the completed orders to your team's practice for distribution. There is no need to arrange individual delivery or pickup for player/team orders.

Parent Merchandise & Spirit Wear

Parent merchandise and spirit wear will be available during the second ordering window.

Unlike player/team orders, parent merchandise and spirit wear will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs for parent merchandise and spirit wear will be charged to the customer at checkout.

The second ordering window closes January 1 at 11:59 PM.

TLDR

Please make sure you have:

  • Confirmed your child's size by trying on the samples at the parents’ meeting

  • Confirmed any required jersey/player information

  • Entered the correct player name for customization, if applicable

  • Selected the correct coach at checkout

  • Reviewed all selections and customization details

  • Placed your order before the applicable ordering deadline

  • Confirmed your shipping information if purchasing parent merchandise or spirit wear
