Order windows
There are two ordering windows for team clothing:
September 18 until November 1 at 11:59 PM; All orders placed during this window will be sent to the coach by December 1.
November 2 until January 17 at 11:59 PM; All orders placed during this window will be sent to the coach by February 22.
Sizing
All clothing items will be available to try on at the parents’ meeting.
Please try on the samples before placing your order. Size charts are not available online, so the samples provided at the parents’ meeting should be used to determine the appropriate size.
Merchandise Customization
Customization can be added during the ordering process.
When prompted, follow the instructions in the customization pop-up. For Player Name and Number, enter the name and number you want on the items
If you are still waiting for jersey information, we recommend waiting until you have a bit more clarity before placing your order.
This will help ensure that you have the correct player information and can make the appropriate selections when completing your order.
Please carefully review all customization information before submitting your order. Personalized items will be produced according to the information entered during the ordering process.
If you are odering for multiple players add to cart each item one by one. If you dont you will not be able to fill out the correct player information for the correct items and things may get misplaced!
Shipping & Delivery
All player orders will be shipped directly to the coach.
After selecting an item, you will see a pop up make sure you correctly select your age group. For age groups with multiple teams please make sure you select your correct coach. This is important to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct coach and team.
The coach will bring the completed orders to your team's practice for distribution. There is no need to arrange individual delivery or pickup for player/team orders.
Parent Merchandise & Spirit Wear
Parent merchandise and spirit wear will be available during the second ordering window.
Unlike player/team orders, parent merchandise and spirit wear will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping costs for parent merchandise and spirit wear will be charged at checkout.
The second ordering window closes January 17 at 11:59 PM.
TLDR
Please make sure you have:
Confirmed your child's size by trying on the samples at the parents’ meeting
Confirmed any required jersey/player information
Entered the correct player name for customization, if applicable
Selected the correct coach at checkout
Reviewed all selections and customization details
Placed your order before the applicable ordering deadline
Confirmed your shipping information if purchasing parent merchandise or spirit wear

IMPORTANT: Review before ordering
Ordering dates
Window 1: September 18–November 22 at 11:59 p.m. — Sent to coach by January 4, 2027.
Window 2: November 23–January 3 at 11:59 p.m. — Sent to coach by February 15, 2027.
Sizing
Check the size chart carefully, available in each product’s photos before ordering. If unsure, we will have samples available to try on at the parents’ meeting, for your convenience. Check this website for updates on additional days.
Add names and numbers
Choose the customization options you want, then enter the player’s name and number when prompted. Check spelling and numbers carefully; personalized items are produced using the details you enter.
If the player’s jersey information is not confirmed, wait until you have the correct details before ordering.
Ordering for more than one player: add each item to your cart separately and complete its player details before adding the next item.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us before the window closes. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the window has closed.
Select the correct team
Select the player’s age group and coach when prompted. For age groups with multiple teams, check the coach carefully so the order reaches the correct team.
Player orders are sent to the coach for distribution at practice. Individual delivery or pickup is not required.
Parent merchandise and spirit wear
Parent merchandise and spirit wear will be available during the second ordering window.
These orders ship to the address entered at checkout, with shipping charged at checkout.
Final check
• Size checked against the size chart or try-on samples.
• Customization options, player name and number checked.
• Each player’s items added separately with the correct details.
• Correct age group and coach selected.
• Order submitted before the applicable deadline.
